Dampstop ML is a multi layered flexible polyethylene with excellent tensile strength, puncture resistance and chemical resistance. The product is supplied in roll form with 4 folds for easy deployment on-site.
Dampstop ML can be either heat sealed using a wedge welder or overlapped and taped using Vulcanseal G-25 tapes, or standard PE/ PVC sealing tapes.
Dampstop Reinforced is recommended as superior damp proofing membrane. When used in accordance with installation instructions it may be used as follows: under concrete slabs at grade or below grade level; lining against earth fill for retaining walls and basement walls; under foundation footings and grade beams; vapour barrier retarder lining; roof deck underlay; crawl space lining.
Dampstop Reinforced has a minimum life of 50 years and an expected indefinite lifespan under the following conditions:
Dampstop ML is available in rolls of 6m x 100m, multi-folded.

Vulcanseal G-25 Super Seal is composed of a tough, specially formulated multipolymer film “MAF” with a synthetic elastomeric adhesive. This adhesive is kept from permanently bonding to its backing (while in the roll) by a tough, easily removed polymer release liner which prevents contamination of the adhesive prior to its use.
Liner and tarpaulin repair. Vulcanseal G-25 is suitable for repairs of holes and small tears in most materials including PVC, Polypropylene, HDPE, LDPE. G-25 is UV and water resistant.
General repairs for most materials. G-25 will provide an instant and watertight seal on truck bodies, trailers, etc made from wood, fibreglass, steel, aluminium.
Vulcanseal G-25 is applied by removing the release liner and pressing the adhesive to the clean and dry joint area. Tension in wrapping should be enough to obtain conformability to the surface being coated.
Vulcanseal H-35 is composed of a grey specially formulated multi-polymer alloy film “MAF” with a synthetic elastomer adhesive. Blended within the adhesive is an “integrated primer”. This primer is kept from permanently bonding to its backing (while in roll form) by a tough, easily removed polymer release liner which prevents contamination of the primer prior to its use. Resistant to UV, thermal expansion, impact, abrasion and can be applied over a wide range of ambient temperatures.
Vulcanseal H-35 and H-50 are heavier versions of the G-25. Both have much thicker layers of adhesive for rougher surfaces such as concrete footings. G-25, H-35 and H-50 are all designed for long term above and below ground use and will give many years of service even under direct sunlight. Because of its strong film backing, these products can be tightly pulled and wound around objects and irregular shaped fittings with minimal pull back due to its memory.
Vulcanseal H-35/ H-50 is applied by removing the release liner and pressing the adhesive to the clean and dry joint area. Tension in wrapping should be enough to obtain conformability to the surface being coated.
A black, polyisobutylene, moisture and vapour resistant, double sided, pressure sensitive adhesive tape. It is made of isobutylene-isoprene rubber with a non-stretching integrated rayon scrim (woven cellulose acetate yarn) reinforcement backed with a silicon coated paper release medium. The tape is non-toxic, non-corrosive, and resistant to UV and a range of chemicals.
Vulcanseal adhesive is for sealing and joining of impervious membranes such as polyethylene, polypropylene and PVC. It may be used for bonding membranes to approved substrates. Vulcanseal adhesive fills cracks in composite type roofing and metal materials such as pipes, gutters, water tanks, skylights and domes.
Vulcanseal 609 is applied by removing the release liner and pressing the adhesive to the clean and dry joint area. Tension in wrapping should be enough to obtain conformability to the surface being coated. When using Vulcanseal 609 to seal membrane liners a rubber roller should be used.
Moldable Sealant is a (non UV stabilised) 100% solids formulation of thermoplastic elastomeric and synthetic resins. Blended in this adhesive is an “integrated primer”
As a non-UV stable product, Moldable Sealant is not suitable for applications in direct sunlight. It is primarily used in any situation where a water tight seal over irregular surfaces might be encountered. As a double stick tape, Moldable Sealant is suitable to seal concrete underlay and gas proof membranes to concrete footings and other surfaces. Moldable Sealant is excellent for sealing membranes around protrusions such as columns and steel rods.
Priming: Because Moldable Sealant comes with its own integrated primer built into the adhesive, liquid primer may not be required. Primer can be used prior to application of tape to assist in removing dirt and moisture from surfaces such as concrete footings and wood, etc. A polyurethane or other approved liquid sealant is applied and allowed to cure prior to taping in critical applications including sealing gas and waterproof membranes to concrete.
